Living, Redefined The Hills of the Costa del Sol
La Roca Serena • La Roca Madina
La Roca Collection exists because not every place to live deserves to be called a home. We create unique spaces in the hills of the Costa del Sol away from the noise, and yet close enough to belong to the local community.
Each environment meets a specific standard: architecture that respects its landscape, health and longevity as part of daily life, scale that protects community, and a design philosophy rooted in how life should feel. We bring you back to a more humane way of life.
La Roca Serena is a resort community in Mijas Pueblo focused on health and longevity. La Roca Madina is a collection of private townhouses set within Benalmádena Pueblo. Different typologies. The same intention.
Both La Roca environments are set within or directly adjacent to whitewashed Andalusian villages. The Mediterranean is present from every high point. The noise is not.
Not a resort town. Not a tourist destination. A village that has been here for centuries and intends to remain. Elevated above the Costa del Sol at 430 metres, with year-round stable climate, mountain air and uninterrupted sea views. Mijas Pueblo was chosen for these precise attributes to bring back calm, to cultivate and grow a life. Together.
Explore Mijas Pueblo →
Not the marina. Not the cable car. A traditional Andalusian village at 300 metres, almost entirely overlooked by the international market. With the full expanse of the Mediterranean bay below and the Sierra de Mijas behind, Benalmádena Pueblo is one of the most genuinely intact villages on the Costa del Sol, and one of the least known outside it. Not a destination. A place to live.
Explore Benalmádena Pueblo →"The best environment is one that disappears. It simply exists. For you."
La Roca Collection was built around a single question: what does a home need to do for your life to work? The answer shaped every decision, from the scale and location to the architecture, community, and services. Forget what looks impressive. Meet what actually functions.
La Roca Collection is part of the Temra Living ecosystem. Residential environments, hospitality, longevity and wellness, designed together.

A resort community designed around longevity. Mijas Pueblo, Costa del Sol.
La Roca Serena is not designed around what it looks like — but what it does for your life. Every element — the architecture, the scale, the community, the services — has been chosen because it reduces friction, supports health, and creates the conditions for a different quality of daily life.
Stop visiting the life you want. La Roca Serena is the structure that allows you to live it.
At 430 metres — enough elevation to avoid coastal heat and humidity while remaining warm and sunny through winter. One of the best full-time residential climates in Europe.
Málaga International Airport at 30 minutes. Marbella at 20. Puerto Banús at 25. Connected — but not a transit point.
The Sierra de Mijas provides an immediate natural backdrop. Walking trails, mountain air, and views across the Mediterranean are part of daily life, not a weekend activity.
A permanent international residential community. Services, restaurants, and amenities function year-round. Not a tourist village that empties in October.
The Golden Mile, Puerto Banús, and central Marbella are within easy reach. The infrastructure of Europe's most developed luxury coastal destination — available without living within it.
A 20-suite boutique hotel fully integrated within the La Roca Serena resort ecosystem. Genuinely boutique, with no chain affiliation, offering bespoke hospitality, private pools for all suites, and direct access to the Temra Vita wellness infrastructure.
28 residences across two residential blocks. Designed for simplicity and precision — clean spatial layouts, large terraces, seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Everything unnecessary removed. What remains works.
14 private villas fully integrated within the La Roca Serena resort ecosystem. A higher degree of control — independent structures with private outdoor areas and direct integration with the natural environment.
Harvard's 88-year longitudinal study identified quality relationships as the single greatest predictor of long-term health and happiness. La Roca Serena was designed with this in mind.
Residents are not selected by wealth or background. They are selected by values. Calm over status. Health over excess. Intentional relationships over transactional networking. The result is a community that compounds — in quality, in connection, and so in health and longevity.
At La Roca Serena, health and longevity are the foundation everything else is built on. Every La Roca Serena Founding Membership includes access to: diagnostics and health tracking, personalised health programming, preventive healthcare facilities, and structured wellness routines. Operated by Temra Vita in collaboration with Magnat Medical & Performance Center, Oslo, the programme is science-backed, designed for residents and integrated into everyday life.
The optional Temra Management rental programme is fully managed. No operational involvement required. Your residence is available for your use year-round, with rental income generated during periods of non-occupancy.

24 private townhouses within the village. Benalmádena Pueblo, Costa del Sol.
La Roca Madina is a collection of 24 townhouses set within the fabric of Benalmádena Pueblo. Homes that belong where they are built, integrated into the whitewashed texture of one of the Costa del Sol's most authentic villages.
Each residence is south-facing. Each has uninterrupted sea views. Each comes with its own private outdoor spaces across every level — terrace, solarium with hot tub, and a double garage below.
This is for buyers who want to be part of a village. Privacy within community. Space without isolation. A home in the truest sense.
The place above the coast, inside the village.
Benalmádena has three faces: the tourist coast, the commercial strip, and the pueblo. They are three different places. La Roca Madina is in the third, the one most visitors never reach and most residents never leave.
Benalmádena Pueblo has maintained its character where most Costa del Sol villages have not. Whitewashed facades, cobbled streets, an abundance of flowers, and a community of people who chose this over the alternative below.
At 300 metres, the village sits physically above the coastal noise, the motorway, the nightlife, the tourist infrastructure. From here, all of it is visible on the horizon and irrelevant to daily life.
The bay of Benalmádena and the full sweep of the Mediterranean are visible from the elevated positions within the village. La Roca Madina homes are south-facing by design and overlook the Mediterranean from each residence.
15 minutes to Málaga International Airport. 3 minutes to the beach and 8km of coastline. 10 minutes to Puerto Marina. 20 minutes to Marbella. The village is private but the coast is always within reach.
Unlike Mijas Pueblo, Benalmádena Pueblo has not been widely marketed internationally. For the discerning buyer who researches before others arrive, the timing is early.
Each home is designed for real life with generous proportions, private outdoor spaces at every level, and a solarium with open sky above. Contemporary architecture that fuses naturally with its Andalusian surroundings. Exterior whitewashed walls and stone-embellished facades. Glass balustrades. Clean lines and large windows ensuring natural light throughout.
At 300 metres above the Costa del Sol, Benalmádena Pueblo sits at a remove from everything below — physically, and in every other sense. A traditional Andalusian village: whitewashed facades, cobbled streets, bougainvillea, and a community that has been here long before the coast was discovered. La Roca Madina homes are set within the village, not adjacent to it. Part of it.
If La Roca Madina is the village, La Roca Serena is the resort community. Both are part of the same collection. Only minutes apart. Different lives.
24 homes. South-facing. Sea views. Private viewings for qualified buyers.

No commute. No traffic. No noise that isn't yours to choose. The morning at La Roca begins the same way every day. Start at your pace, in your space, with the mountain behind you and the sea in front. This is not a holiday arrangement. It is how your life is structured.
A long and healthy life is not built in moments but rather in the daily environment you return to. La Roca Serena residents have access to diagnostics, personalised programming, and preventive health services through Temra Vita. Necessarily deeply embedded. This makes the difference that matters.
Every resident of La Roca chose this environment for the same reason you are reading this. That is the selection mechanism. Not background, not nationality, not net worth. Values. The community that forms around a shared way of living is inherently different from one that forms by accident.
There is a version of your life where the end of the day feels earned. Where the space you return to has been designed to hold you well. La Roca is that version.
Private residential investment on the Costa del Sol.
La Roca Collection is not a conventional investment property. It is a concept-driven, managed asset with three distinct value drivers: rental yield through the Temra Management programme, capital appreciation tied to a branded resort concept with limited supply, and a community and operational quality that compounds over time.
The scarcity is real: 24 townhouses, 28 apartments and 14 villas. That is the total supply.
Fully managed — no operational involvement required from the owner. The property generates income during periods of non-occupancy. The owner retains up to 8 weeks of personal use per year. Net yield target: Up to 6% net annually.
Branded resort residences — Six Senses, Aman, and similar — consistently command premium pricing and superior rental yields versus generic residential. La Roca Serena is positioned in this category: concept-first, operator-managed, community-curated, supply-controlled. The market for this product on the Costa del Sol is underserved. The timing is early. The supply is fixed.
